We had our first (practice) game today. Although he has been the pitcher for the last couple of years, it was in coach-pitch and the pitcher doesn't pitch to the batter. It was his first game in the minors (kid-pitch) as pitcher and he struck out their number one batter! A little more work and he'll do well.
