Shouldering it like a pro... this is a little road bike that he raced in the IronKids National Championships (finishing fourth after leading off the bike with the fastest bike split) that I converted into a cyclocross bike. Because it was designed as a road bike and not a CX bike there's a cable guide on the underside of the top-tube that cut into his shoulder when he tried to shoulder it. You can notice the red tape on the top-tube that's holding the padding that I had to put on the underside of his top-tube to cover that cable guide and make it more comfortable for him.
