Kiersten is transitioning back to triathlon so of course that means swimming... and she hadn't been in the pool for three years so when she joined her middle-school swim team it was a little frustrating for her at first realizing how much speed she had lost but she loved it!She progressed well and at the city swim champs she came away with a 1st, two 2nd's and a 3rd... not bad!
