One last day in San Francisco

 

Sun setting at Baker Beach... 

Baker Beach, and the infamous sand steps used in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon... 400 steps of Hell, they say... 

 

 

 

Checking out tidal pools... and if you look carefully at the left-hand side of the picture you'll see droplets of a wave that's about to splash up on the rock! 

And a wave comes crashing over the rocks! 

Getting off the rocks quickly before the next wave comes!

Goodbye Whistler!

We took the bus from Whistler to Vancouver and it was actually pretty cool... it's been years since I've been on a bus and the kids have never been on a touring bus, as it were.
