Sorta cheesy but fun for the kids... although not NEAR as cheesy as Pigeon Forge (and Dollywood) !!!

Cable car

We rode a brand-new, Swiss-made cable-car from town center to Ober Gatlinburg, as they called it, where all the fun stuff was.

We had to take a ski lift to get to the top of the alpine slide... the lift in itself was a blast and the kids were laughing the whole way!

I think they call this an alpine slide... they raced down... and then again... then again...

Clogging in Gatlinburg

We had some time between the kids meets, so we went to Gatlinburg one day.

They call this clogging... and the cute girls would not give up until they got Kees to join them... the chicks always love Kees!
